11th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I have a rental property in Herne Hill. It is also my home when I am in the UK. When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.
14th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Security is not a thing for them. A stranger entered the building in the middle of the night and activated the fire alarm of my flat by smoking in front of my door. I didn't understand what was happening, I just tried to set the alarm off. Fortunately, I didn't open the door. Anything could have happened if I had done it. The agency never messaged me to ask if I was alright. Long time after the incident, they finally decided to replace the front door lock. But the job wasn't finished on a Friday evening and the door was completely unlocked during the whole weekend. Apart from that, they evicted me saying that the flat would be renovated, which was a lie. But that's a detail. If you want to live in a place where you feel safe, and also feel you can trust your agency, avoid this one.

18th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios
29th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)FJL produced a very good brochure with nice photos but they suggested we reduce the asking price which they recommended in the beginning. They had the house on the market for 5 months but we never received an offer even when.price was reduced.

His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.
18th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.- 22nd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely horrible, would not even refer them to an animal. After waiting nearly four months for an accept or decline decision on my offer no contact from Raj. He contacted me 4 times during this period and that was only in the month of February. Incredibly unprofessional and such a poor customer service.
21st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I can’t say enough good things about this leasing agency. I recently moved into a new flat, and Network Agencies has been incredibly responsive and proactive with maintenance requests. Within a short time, they cleared the exterior drains, fixed a broken toilet handle, replaced an old and rusted oven, and even covered the cost of a garden waste disposal bin. Their professionalism and quick communication have made settling into my new home very easy. I feel looked after and like they genuinely care. Special shout out to Dino, Alex, and Andy - thank you for all your support. Highly recommended.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
18th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)We found our rental apartment through Sunny Bay. The agent was very helpful showing us around the place and the communication has been very clear and easy from the start. After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.
2nd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.

He was particularly good at negotiating and empathising with our buyers when a few things came out of the survey report which sent our buyers into a panic - he def changed my perception of the typical. Estate Agent !

I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.
