22nd Jul 2023 (2 years ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.
9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.

Adam was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive, and Warren was also so helpful throughout. They found me a property so quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

29th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)The only issue we had was the poor service from a 3rd party supplier to arrange for the photographs and floor plan, the latter was consistently wrong and ended with me having to take a floor plan into the office

Cameron was super responsive, supportive and helpful whenever we needed him. You hear all sorts of bad stories about landlords / agents - Cameron and Brown & Brooke buck that trend happily!

From our very first conversation, they were friendly, approachable, and incredibly patient — no question was ever too small, and they took the time to explain every step clearly. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! We are literally trying to get flats on rent, and everytime we equire about any flats from posted- The answer is ohh its not available. Your staff at worcester park judged us when we visited them. Today also we saw one board and contacted your team and its gone, when i asked where you have posted, they said in different website but reality it was never posted. We are going to complaint about how your staff being biased towards us

25th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)My first piece of advice to anyone renting with dendrow is do not expect them to uphold their end of the tenancy agreement. You will regularly be inundated with workers and inspections. On several occasions during my tenancy this happened without notice and without a real explanation of what was happening. As most of my housemates worked throughout the day, this did not prove to be much of an issue but please do keep note of these instances as when you come to vacating the property you will 100% need to open an official dispute. Dendrow attempted to decimate our deposit via ludicrous charges that were put through their own cleaning company. The flat was rented out in a pretty run down condition and returned in a better state but £700 for cleaning was deducted from our deposit. When we moved in there were broken pieces of furniture, broken fixtures - again not unusual for London but never before have I had an attempt of £1800 deposit deductions for the pleasure. The real stickler was a charge of almost £1000 for a carpet replacement for moth damage under a bed. When we opened this as an official dispute it turned out the invoice Dendrow had used and evidence of pest treatment was over 5 years old and falsified in terms of dimensions of the room in question. Perhaps an oversight but likely an attempt to plunder money from tenants. Some of the charges were laughable including £72 for the removal of a sign the size of a piece of A5 paper. (I appreciate this is a breach but an individual call out charge and commercial waste charge for something that could fit in the bins in the building seems disproportionate). The independent MyDeposit review was a life saver and I cannot thank them enough for protecting us from these dubious attempts to deduct from Dendrow. I urge you to note down times where they have broken the tenancy agreement as well as you will likely be able to win back vast swathes of the money. They will take a threatening tone with you but remember this is your own money. Better still avoid them like the plague but if you have already entered into a tenancy with them, please be vigilant.
4th Dec 2025 (23 weeks ago)BE CAREFUL! As a tenant this company are a nightmare, they don't care for you at all. So slow to respond to queries, unprofessional and misleading. When we first moved in the flat was in a complete mess - dust, grit, mould, hair and even used underwear hiding underneath the kitchen sink. They insisted a professional clean had taken place which was obviously a lie, on moving out of the property we cleaned to professional standard and have been footed with a large bill, including random over-priced costs. Several problems with our property during our stay which they were slow to respond to including the balcony having a massive and dangerous hole in it which caused leaks into the downstairs neighbour, and meant we couldn't use during the hot weather, they were so slow to get someone in for this and when they did he did a bodge job that will rot in a couple years time, made a complete mess of our flat and the communal area in the process. Never responded to our requests to fix the window that had rotted. Unorganised - when showing the properties to other tenants they had the wrong keys with them so I came round to let them in, also didn't communicate clearly on when viewings were cancelled so had me waiting at home when nobody arrived. It's so common to have useless agencies, but we now are with a lovely company who really care for us, are quick and reasonable - it does exist!

I had to move out within just over two weeks, and even when he got lost trying to find the property, he waited until my partner and I arrived and gave us a full tour. He was fast, transparent, and clear with every step of the renting process. He patiently waited for my workplace to confirm my start date and reassured me throughout.
