When the sale fell through we were recommended Martyn Gerrard. Usman and James were available for questions and were clear in what the process was. 12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I completed end of November with the help of Mark, and the additional support of Ed as well, throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchase, on the back of a previous sale that did not go through in the end, so I was very sceptical in starting all over again but this led to my current place ???? The Hamptons was very responsive and help me a lot to deal with a number of items that came up throughout. Would definitely recommend!

He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with. The whole KFH team was great but special shout out to Harry!

She made everything much easier and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her support and organization really reduced the stress of moving. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her and the agency to anyone who needs assistance with moving.

Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go?between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. Our experience as buyers was that they were with us every step of the way.

Smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.- 12th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I have to admit at first I was a bit sceptical of using Foxtons. Initially, I decided to go with other agents instead, viewings were few and far between and six months went past without an offer in sight. I then decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with Foxtons. Suddenly, not only did the quantity of viewings change but so did the calibre of the people being put forward to view our property. Then came the offer stage, where negotiations had reached stalemate and Foxtons facilitated in a way to ensure an agreement could be made. That’s when the REAL work started. The actual sale process was arduous. There was an immense amount of paperwork and legal processes due to the type of property being sold. Various parties needed to be contacted by certain deadlines with the right paperwork in place. Jasmine, our singular point of contact from the offer stage onwards, put in an unbelievable amount of effort, without which the sale would have fallen through. She kept track of all deadlines, worked with both lawyers to find solutions and even found responses to queries where she could. Thank you Foxtons New Malden and Jasmine for all your hard work! Best agent on the high street!
4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Seden was brilliant during the viewing very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Ismaaiil handled all the paperwork and administration seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and making the process stress-free and straightforward. Both of them went above and beyond to help, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
