Claire and her team gave me a very realistic valuation and expectation of what the market was at the time. We set out the strategy to sell the property and the incredibly proactive Emmie got me an incredible offer just a few weeks after putting it on the market. Emmie was incredibly helpful in bridging the gap between me and the buyer and she was resolute and fast in getting the deal over the line to completion, helping me deal with all the parties involved. I am very happy with how it all went.

We originally bought the flat through them years ago and didn’t hesitate to return when it came time to sell. The Parkheath team are responsive and supportive for both sellers and buyers, as well as being genuinely local. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sam & Jason made it feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. The wider team procured several viewings and offers on the flat and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in NW London.

Anthony Fraser was really helpful and communicative, made the whole process really easy for me as a first time buyer and was always happy to answer any and all questions. He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with.
