10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I was previously a tenant in Palace Court and Foxtons were the managing agent and were good. When it came to selling my apartment, they were my first port of call. I had a valuation booked with Chuck and received email confirmation of the appointment. He never turned up and never bothered to respond to my emails asking whether he was coming. I decided to sell with Cluttons Hyde Park and sold my flat to the first viewer before it even went to market. I had such a poor experience of Foxtons and would never recommend them now.

I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Ruby was fantastic from start to finish with our property search. She was available for questions and was always communicative with both ourselves (buyers) and the sellers. We knew where both sides stood the full time. Albeit a painfully slow purchase (due to conveyancer-based circumstances, outside of Curchods control), Ruby remained helpful throughout.

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

They always answered our calls and any questions we had and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their patience and honest advice meant the world to us during the whole process and turned what could have been a very stressful time into a smooth experience. If you need an agent who truly listens and goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Goodfellows @ Carshalton Beeches enough ! Thank you - you all rock !!

I was searching for a place for 2-3 weeks but when I reached out to Labgford Russels they helped me find my accommodation in 1 week time and move in to the property in 2 weeks. Good communication and quick turnaround are a some quality traits one can expect.<br>Special thanks to Adonis who helped me with my journey. He is a good guy.<br><br>Thanks team for the Help.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We rented out our house through the Address for 4 year prior to selling it through them. Remzi and team made the whole process smooth and manageable. Would have no hesitation in recommending them- 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Charles Ball and Greg Nickson were both absolutely fantastic. We had a buyer drop out at a late stage and they had it re-listed and under offer again almost immediately. I found them very responsive and open to all manner of queries. The volume of viewings we had was also very good and we received regular feedback from those viewings. Would highly recommend them both. I think the higher fee is warranted for the service they provide.
22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)I have been looking for an apartment in London and it hasn’t been easy given how quickly the rental market moves. I worked with Ellesse from Johns and Co. who has been lovely to work with. She was extremely proactive with keeping us informed on any properties incoming, offers put on the house, was open to help us negotiating the rent as well.<br>Ultimately we decided to go another way as we found a more preferred house but I definitely prior recommend working with Ellesse!!
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I cannot recommend this estate agents highly enough. I have used them both for selling property and as a landlord. They are very professional and I was given updates regularly. They took the stress of selling and letting completely away. They go over and above to give confidence to the transactions. Steve and Alex were always available to talk to and were excellent in dealing with letting and selling. As a landlord they are very helpful when problems may arise with the property to help and give advice to resolve the issues. I would not hesitate to use them again.

As a student from India, I wasn't familiar with the UK renting process, but Leon was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always felt supported throughout the process, and I truly appreciate how approachable and professional he was.

He was always helpful, easy to communicate with, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place rather than just trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. He made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful and was always there whenever I had questions or needed help with something.<br><br>What I appreciated most was the amount of effort he put in throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was just another client, and he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. Finding a new place can be pretty stressful, but Athman genuinely made it a really positive experience, and I couldn't have asked for better service.<br><br>I also really want to mention Lyla, who was a massive help towards the end of the process. She helped me get everything sorted and finalized once I had found my new place and made those last steps so much smoother.<br><br>Really grateful to both Athman and Lyla for all their help. I’m genuinely so happy with my new place and with how everything worked out. Would definitely recommend them!

He did an incredible job throughout the entire process, helping us turn the purchase around in a very short timeframe and guiding us through all the legal work and various steps involved.<br><br>Ivan was extremely professional, responsive and proactive, making sure everything was handled properly and on time. He went above and beyond to keep the process moving and resolve any issues along the way.<br><br>Without Ivan’s help, I genuinely don’t think this purchase would have been possible. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
