The entire Talbots team was consistently supportive, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. Having dealt with several estate agents over the last five years in the UK, Talbots really stands out for the quality of service they provide. They treat tenants with respect, communicate clearly, and make the whole renting process smooth and stress?free. I only moved out because I needed to relocate closer to my partner’s workplace, otherwise, I would have happily stayed on as their tenant. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and tenant?focused letting agent.
This agent doesn't have any reviews- 21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)When you sell a beautiful family home that you have loved for 20 years you need to find an estate agent you can trust.<br>We chose Winkworths partly because they have a huge client base which would allow them to steer the correct buyers in our direction.<br>This is exactly what happened and our house sold above our expected sale price without even going on the market.<br>They were attuned to our needs and concerns, utterly dependable and professional throughout the whole process.<br>Thank you Cameron and Donovan.
5th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

29th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Blain Firmin have been dealing with the sale of my late Mother’s flat. It was not an easy sale with short lease and not in the best condition. Mark held an open viewing day and sold it immediately getting an offer well above asking price. Mark has been an absolute joy to deal with. Helped getting a company to clear the flat for us. He kept us informed every step of the process and was always ready to help with any query we had. I would thoroughly recommend Blain Firmin they are a great professional company.
2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?

13th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)The agents working on my property were reliable and easy to contact. They gave me weekly updates and did everything they could to advertise the property. They ran the viewings without my input and made it very easy.
11th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

25th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

6th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I have let my property through them for several years. Initially they were good, but now they are avoiding calls, have locked the street doors to the office. They owe me 6 months rent. I have pursued them via Property Redress Scheme, who have now suspended Coopers. They have been juggling finances as i recently found out from my tenant they they (tenant) were asked to pay rent into a personal account for Palambo. Avoid them unless you do not want money for your rental property
