7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!

They helped us find tenants really quickly, and when external circumstances meant things got complicated, they went above and beyond both in time and resource to help support us and find us the perfect solution as quickly as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. They were responsive, available, logistically efficient, and good humoured. 25th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Me and my flatmate had the worst experience with one of marble properties agents- Shabs. Both of us needed to follow up with him relentlessly to get anything he’d request/demand over the phone in writing. Often, he’d forget what he’d told us previously/ use the fact he communicated primarily through phone call to disregard what he’d told us, creating a lot of unnecessary confusion and anxiety. One of the most unprofessional and immature people I’ve ever interacted with.

29th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with Paul Simon. My company had shown genuine interest in one of the commercial properties advertised for rent by your firm. Given our interest, I contacted your office to discuss the opportunity and obtain further details about the property and the rental process. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with your representative was both discouraging and unprofessional. During our phone conversation, I was informed that Paul Simon was only considering “blue chip” companies such as Starbucks and similar large corporations for the tenancy. This statement was made without any inquiry into my company’s background, credentials, or financial standing. I found this approach to be dismissive and prejudiced, particularly as it overlooked the potential of other reputable businesses that may not be globally recognised household names. In the business and property sectors, professionalism, fairness, and respect toward all potential clients are fundamental principles that help maintain a positive reputation and foster long-term relationships. The response I received, however, reflected a lack of openness and inclusivity, and it left me with the impression that smaller or privately-owned enterprises are not valued or given fair consideration. It is disappointing to encounter such behaviour from an established company that promotes itself as a leader in property management and leasing. I hope that Paul Simon takes this feedback constructively and ensures that all inquiries—regardless of the size or public profile of the prospective tenant—are handled with equal courtesy and professionalism. Every business, large or small, deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to present its credentials before being dismissed. I genuinely hope that this feedback encourages reflection within your team, leading to a more equitable and professional approach toward potential clients in the future.

19th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.
28th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)I support the feedback submitted previously about the inability to get in touch with the agents. I've called the reception 5 days in a row about arranging a viewing of a flat and I'm still expecting that some magic will happen and someone will finally call me back. I've highlighted that I had seen the development before and pretty much ready to make an offer for the flat but it's ridiculous that I just can't get in touch with anyone from the team to arrange this!

5th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!
