5th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)This was my first time selling a property and it was quite stressful, however, Hassan Ali was excellent in keeping me updated by calling me and more importantly returning my calls. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who what’s an excellent service.
28th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Read Daniel Rose's terms of business very carefully before you sign anything. In my experience this is an expensive agency with fees buried in the small print. I sold my flat in 2025, yet Daniel Rose have continued to collect the rent and demand commission on money I no longer receive, for a property I no longer own. When I asked them to stop collecting the rent and close my account, they refused. They are also holding the tenants' deposit and would not agree to hand it over, and they responded to my requests with threats of solicitors and a court claim.<br><br>The whole arrangement is completely one-sided: their contract is written so they get paid whether or not they actually do anything, even after a sale. After nearly six years as a client I found them unwilling to engage reasonably or to treat me fairly. Instructing this agency is the fastest way to lose tenants. Avoid at all costs.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.
18th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I do not recommend it. We lived in the Newlands Park property that they manage in London for 5 years. The owner invests 0 in the property. During the winter, the toilet gets a lot of mould due to the humidity. We always asked them to fix it, and they never did; we fixed it ourselves, as both my husband and I have respiratory issues. They were always very, very slow to respond to issues we had with the property; we had to chase them all the time. In fact, during our last month in the property, a water pipe that always been damaged broke again because the person the send to fix it only puts tape, and doesn't fix it properly By the 3rd year, they wanted to increase the rent, and you’d think, yes, that’s fair, but again, the landlord never wanted to reinvest in the property, even though it clearly needed a decent investment. We were very reluctant to allow them to increase the rent, as the property NEEDS a lot of repairs. No double glazing, so the property is not energy efficient. The cellar has mould, so anything you put in there gets ruined by it. The wood in the kitchen window and the bath is rotten, never got fixed During our last year (2025), in May, THEY LIED and told us the owner wanted to sell the property; we were thinking of leaving the country anyway, so we were okay with it. They told us we had to leave by August. However, the timing was not right, as we had some travel planned. We managed to get an extension until November, sorted out our move and work situation, and moved to Spain at the end of November. And to add, they took 1.5 months to return our deposit. My husband had to chase them a couple of times, and the last time he told them that if the deposit wasn't returned by the 9th of Jan, he would escalate it. they didn’t even return all of it. , and guess what? The property is now available TO RENT £150 more expensive, and with all of the issues we flag and they and the landlord haven’t fixed them at all. AVOID!

15th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have known this agent for about 15 years. Very reliable, great management service. All staff works hard to ensure all tenants are looked after, especially Paul. They are ultra quick in arranging repairs if something breaks. Always willing to go the extra mile. They offer the personalised approach that you don't get with big agents. 10 out of 10- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

Ewen and Debbie were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard on my behalf throughout the whole process. They kept in touch with the other agents in the chain, were always happy to arrange additional visits, and recommended an excellent surveyor and solicitors, all of which worked out really well.<br><br>Buying and selling a house can be stressful, but they made the experience as smooth as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bunting and Bunting. Thank you, Ewen and Debbie!
