In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Property agent communicated until the rental agreement was signed. No response to any queries or maintainence after which was irresponsible and negligent. Even trying to end tenancy after was a nightmare with sly and underhanded approches to extend the lease solely for their profit. A real warning to both landlords and tenants to choose more ethical letting agencies to amange your housing needs.

The property was handed over in an uninhabitable state - unsanitary, unclean, with waste left in the toilet. It took two weeks to resolve even partly. When raised, they declined responsibility citing a let-only arrangement. Draw your own conclusions about their due diligence

After some pretty poor experiences elsewhere, it was such a relief to deal with someone so knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything stayed on track and as stress-free as possible. I honestly couldn’t recommend him more.

For over 13 years, ongoing issues have resulted in water damage to my home, with little evidence of proactive maintenance or accountability. In my experience, responses have been reactive rather than preventative, and concerns are often dismissed or redirected—frequently with the suggestion to pursue matters through personal insurance instead of addressing the root cause. There have also been instances where work was quoted for issues that did not appear to exist, raising concerns about transparency. Overall, the lack of responsibility and long-term resolution has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
