He took us through a number of viewings and was endlessly patient as we worked out exactly what we wanted. His helpfulness made the whole process much less stressful, and he ultimately helped us find a flat that was a great fit for us. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a place to rent.
10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I used Ellis and Co to sell my house in 2020. Alicia Casingena was my selling agent and did an excellent job to get my house sold quickly and at top market value. Alicia really understood my requirements and the value of my house, never troubled me with "tyre kickers", and found a Buyer with exactly the right profile and ambition for my house. Alicia worked tirelessly to navigate the new Covid-rules to prepare my house for sale and conclude the sale as quickly as possible, keeping me updated at all times, and helping to unblock issues on the Buyer's side. Both Seller and Buyer were very pleased with the outcome, and I would highly recommend Alicia to help sell your property.<br><br>Given my positive experience from my first transaction with Ellis & Co above, I used Alica Casingena at Ellis & Co (Golders Green) to sell my father's property in 2026 after he moved into a care home. Alicia delivered for me again, achieving my sale price in very tough market conditions: high interest rates, high number of properties for sale and low number of serious buyers. Alicia knows the Golders Green market inside out, and is an expert sales negotiator. She understood my requirements which included a hard time constraint to get the sale done, and her marketing advice was spot on. Alicia is very personable, always contactable, and worked tirelessly through many evenings to push the sale through. I always felt Alicia 'had my back' throughout the process, and there was no need and no point in trying to market the property across multiple agents given Ellis & Co's track record and market reach. Contacted them 2 weeks ago about a property, Jack Wackett got my details and told me that they were waiting to hear from the current tenants to arrange viewings and that they would let me know. Kept trying to contact them for a week with noboy answering my emails or my calls. Finally got through today and was informed that viewings took place and an offer was put forward. This guy are showing how they don't care about their tenants even before they sign their contract.

Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

Whenever I’ve had an issue or needed help, they’ve always been responsive and quick to get back to me. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent!

They dealt with the sale in a very professional way — 10 out of 10!<br>We invited a few estate agents to view our property, and Jason was the only one who went out into the garden to appreciate the effort we had put into it. This was one of the reasons we decided to go with him.<br>Jason, Jo, Patricia and Nicola are all true professionals. Every one of them played a key role in selling our property, making the whole process completely stress-free and worry-free for us.<br>We would definitely recommend their services to everyone and would happily use them again in the future.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

Both times they have been extremely professional and effective at helping us achieve a swift and smooth completion.<br>Darshil is always available to talk to and extremely helpful guiding us through the sale of our property. They found a good buyer in less than 28 days and guided us well throughout the process.<br>I would strongly recommend Ellisons to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Raynes Park area.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Gary was a nice guy. The apartment is beautifully presented and should draw interest. The photos had to be done twice due to quality and major plan errors- they knocked 25% off the sq footage! The whole thing felt like there was no selling strategy. Place on the portals and wait for interest, which doesn’t work in this tough market. It was myself that pushed for a price decrease, which brought in 1 viewing in 8 weeks. I was told that the market was stilted and the heatwave meant people were not buying. I believe it was priced wrongly, there was no selling or dynamic marketing strategy. When I initially advised I wanted to leave after 5 weeks, the colleague, Yusuf basically talked over me for 30 mins and finally agreed to reduce the property price. I had been pushing to reduce it from 2 weeks! There was no sense that I was a client. My partner listened in on that call and was surprised at the attitude of Yusuf- not one apology for wrong price or zero communication! I kept pushing for updates but they never really called - it’s because they were not strategically selling it I suspect and were afraid to tell me. It seems to evidence their lack of dynamism. The whole process was a waste of my time unfortunately. I have now gone on with another agent and it already feels more professional.
