At all times the staff have been polite and respectful during a very long stressful process. Sophie and Georgi have gone over and above in trying to help me with advice and practical administrative support. Oliver , Vanessa and Gregory have also been very supportive and helpful during this difficult time.

A deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience. We were left living in a property affected by significant black mould, despite raising our concerns. Instead of receiving appropriate support, we encountered rude, dismissive and unhelpful staff.<br><br>Most concerningly, after raising a formal complaint about the mould, we were served with a Section 21 notice. We found this response extremely troubling and feel it reflects a serious failure to treat tenants’ concerns appropriately.<br><br>We would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.

Wards at Gravesend have been proactive and very enthusiastic in marketing my property with a particular shoutout to Adam but also to other team members on the viewings and marketing team. Adam stayed in contact constantly by phone and provided updates and has been the real fee earner for Wards so far. The sale process is still ongoing so I cannot provide a full review of the rest of the process. One thing to note is emails go unanswered so it’s best to call. And if you get the call centre don’t wait for a callback which might not come just call again later.

Julie Topping has been extremely helpful in my purchase. She is approachable and does not pressure you, and always willing to answer stupid questions! She cares about your circumstances and bridges a gap between buyer and seller in a considerate manner. I would definitely refer friends and family to Wards in future.

Had to write a review (even though it maybe a couple months late) praising how helpful the staff have been throughout the whole process. With me and my fiancé being first time buyers it was an extremely daunting task and without a doubt was far from a smooth experience. However the reason we currently get to sit down together in our living room is all thanks to the incredibly hard work the staff at Wards put into our purchase. First I would like to thank Monika for helping with our viewings and advising us through the initial steps alongside Lauren for still answering the phone happily following my 20th call each week to keep me updated. But for me most of all I would like to give a gigantic amount of praise to Emma, I whole heartedly believe we would not be in this house without her. She accepted every call I made even if it was multiple during the day with such a warm and helpful attitude. I truly felt like she was fighting to get us into this house and treated the purchase as if it was her own. She fought tooth and nail to get us the answers and deadlines that felt like would never come.<br><br>I can not express enough how amazing wards are and would recommend anyone who wants to feel fully supported through either a purchase or a sale to go ahead with the lovely Wards team in Snodland.

Really long process of selling my house. Couple of times wanted to pull it off the market but Gary persuaded to stick with it!<br>Hannah and the lady who showed people round were very helpful during the marketing process so thanks to them!<br>Kim who oversaw the STC process what a gem and an asset to Wards friendly and kept up to date with progress or anything missing etc!<br>I’m sure Gary is breathing a sigh of relief ??????thanks Gary for changing my mind !<br>Everyone was friendly and professional!<br>Thanks Hermione ??????
