Having put my house on the market in February staff at Wards Herne Bay I dealt with Freya, Shane and Emily and have found all to be really helpful and informative. Shane has kept me updated all the way through. House was off the market for a few weeks due to personal circumstances then put back on. A good steady flow of potential buyers and have now sold within the 3 weeks since it was back on. Thank you Wards!!

I'm the buyer in a chain, and Wards is working on behalf of the seller. I have found them very obstructive to work with, and I've received emails with incorrect information etc etc. The team seem to have been providing false information to the seller's team, which is a little frustrating.

We cannot recommend the Wards team enough for the professional service and support with have received, with special thanks to both Ethan and Henry for there hard work as a buyer was found in an incredibly short period of time and before our property came to the market.

In what was a tricky and drawn out move process, Rachael (and Emma and Julie in Rachael’s absence) of Wards was a shining light and the only true professional we worked with throughout the process (vs the less professional outfits involved in the move). I don’t think we would have made it without her support. We are truly grateful in Rachael’s assistance in getting us into our home.

I cannot express how amazing the team at Wards, Snodland have been!
Lauren Kelly was our first initial point of contact when we put our property up for sale through Wards and she really took the time to sit down with us and explain the whole process from start to finish. She made myself and my partner feel reassured that they had our best interests at heart. She answered any questions we had with ease and was such a pleasure to speak with.
From then onwards we had the pleasure of liaising with Monika and Swarnim who are both brilliant! They kept us up to date with news about our property and really pushed to get viewings for us. I must shout out Swarnim separately as he was incredible, and really made us feel as though we were speaking to an old friend.
Finally, I must give our biggest thanks to Emma (sales progressor) who was absolutely fantastic! Again, it was like speaking to an old friend and she really pushed to ensure our sale and purchase went through smoothly.
Overall, thank you so much for such a speedy sale and buy! You all made our whole journey so much easier!
