Having put my house on the market in February staff at Wards Herne Bay I dealt with Freya, Shane and Emily and have found all to be really helpful and informative. Shane has kept me updated all the way through. House was off the market for a few weeks due to personal circumstances then put back on. A good steady flow of potential buyers and have now sold within the 3 weeks since it was back on. Thank you Wards!!

I'm the buyer in a chain, and Wards is working on behalf of the seller. I have found them very obstructive to work with, and I've received emails with incorrect information etc etc. The team seem to have been providing false information to the seller's team, which is a little frustrating.

Fantastic support from Wards @ Ramsgate. Initially looking to sell a refurbished property but wasn't working out due to factors outside everyone's control. Switched to letting it out and had a tenant in place and all the extra compliances sorted within a couple of weeks. I'll be honest, I previously didn't rate Wards too highly as a company but Ashleigh (Sales) , Linda and Jade (Lettings) have changed my mind. They (and I'm sure plenty of others I haven't actually spoken to) made what was quite a complicated matter into what is looking to be (fingers crossed) a success.

We put our flat on the market in November with Wards and although we are fully aware of the state of the market and how difficult it is to sell a flat at the moment, we've had nothing but issues since the beginning. Firstly, when they sent the photographer around, my partner had explicitly told Ashley that I would be the one who would give them access to the property as my partner was out for work. Despite this, the photographer messaged my partner instead of me when he arrived. When the advert went online, it featured 10 photos: 6 of the outside and 4 of the inside of the flat. My partner and I complained about this and they took one of the outside photos down. The description of our flat gave minimum details about the property, the finishes, the location... It was as if they had already decided that our property was not worth their time. We were told that they'd do an open house day, we set the day and planned to be out, however there was radio silence up until the very last day and if it wasn't for my partner chasing them up, we wouldn't know that we had no visits booked in for our flat. The worst part of this is the communication. Both my partner and I are listed as owners of the property, however Ashley would only communicate with my partner, despite being asked several times to CC both of us in the emails. Even when he "apologised" for this, the apology was not passed onto me, but onto my partner. To this day I have only received two of his communications (I did get the marketing updates from Dawn), and when my partner and I decided to take our property off the market, Ashley responded to the email only greeting my partner despite the fact that I was CC'd into it as a co-owner. Even the final marketing update was sent to my partner only. We sent a 2 week notice to cease Wards services and our property was supposed to be taken off the market on the 4th April. We had to phone them twice to chase up why the flat still appeared listed, and it finally got removed on the 10th April.

Overall great experience with Wards, Faversham - but I cannot praise Hannah enough - she helps at every point, reassures you and definitely knows how to sell your home! My home sold before it even went live on the website, because Hannah knew she had people ready that would be interested. Couldn’t be happier with the service Hannah gave us!
