7th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)Terrible service received by my daughter. She made an appointment to view a house, she waited, knocked on the door and no one was there. She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company- 5th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Tom and the team did a great job marketing and selling our house for us. The brochure was of high quality and they were flexible over viewings. Their charges were fair. They kept me informed throughout the process.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to others and I just wanted to say a huge thanks for being so fantastic at what can be quite a stressful and demanding time of trying to move house.

20th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)After being with James pye for 1 and half years and now leaving the property I thought it would be an easy process. Paul was rude when doing the check out process apparently he was too poorly to deal with this and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend as I’m not the only tenant that has said this about Paul he’s very hot and cold. They will do anything to not give you your bond back.

Michelle kindly showed us round the property twice and was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and relaxed, letting us take has much time as we needed.Helen was amazing she was in contact with us every week, always there to answer our questions and advised us appropriately. She gave us lots of reassurance through the stressful times. We are now settled in the property and are very happy with it.Thanks to Helen and her team.please do not hesitate to them.
