20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Struggling for words as to why this firm does anything but sell houses.Sarah Powell is an absolute disgrace .No communication whatsoever after around eight months trying to get an unfortunate situation with my sister resolved! Please be warned if you have the money to put down your objectives will be met quicker!!!.( You will be judged) enough said!

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Williamson and Henry Kirkcudbright are by by far and above the best, most thorough and professional estate agents in the area, they respond to emails and calls promptly and do what they say they will unlike many others. We are currently in the process of buying a house with them but they would be our first choice if we ever came to sell our house
