Clyde property Stirling have recently sold our house. It took slightly longer than I had hoped for but at the end of the day we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Carol was our main point of contact and she was great especially towards the end when things got a bit frantic with 3 offers in the space of a couple of days. Whilst our property was on the market we dealt with a number of people in the Stirling office and all of them were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent service for sellers! Can only assume this as they recommended I offer 15% above HR, or 31% above their advertised price for a property that had only been on the market less than 24 hours. And they wonder why the property market is an over inflated mess! Also had to view the property in the presence of other buyers who were very late, but still allowed to impede on our viewing.
