Communication was excellent as we were kept informed at all times about what we needed to do and where we were in the process. 12th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Having met Claire Brown I felt confident in signing with William H Brown. What a mistake! I decided to try the modern auction method as I had no above chain. I filled in all necessary paperwork with the solicitor & auction house. 2 negotiators were sent round and promised me (Ryan particularly) that absolutely they could sell my house, it was beautiful and it would be a pleasure to sell it etc etc. Within a week I went into the office as had heard nothing and asked was there anything I could do . I was told no there wasn’t. Having been informed by Ryan that January was busy initially he then retracted stating with another member of the team that this January was the worst on record. I received 1 phone call from Ryan telling me had an interested party, hmmm don't think that was true. Said interested party obviously never materialised. In 12 plus weeks I have not heard from any staff ! The auctioneer has been in touch on and off. Thank goodness my time is now up and my contract terminated. I would advise anyone thinking of signing to not waste your time as first impressions are not always the best. I absolutely would not recommend this company. They are beyond unprofessional in every way. Please people, there are clearly far better agents in Rushden & Higham Ferrers.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)If you are a buyer AVOID.<br><br>Got my mum to give an offer on a house as I was busy. Andrew called me back saying the offer was rejected and thanks to GDPR I can't have her act on my behalf. I said that was fine and thank you. They call my mum again to try and get her to give more money or put an offer in on a different house 5 minutes later. No mention of that house to me. They were rude to my mum, they were rude to me and the agent who showed me round the houses never got back to me on the questions I asked.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I found everyone at O'Riordan Bond in Rushden to be incredibly proactive throughout the sale of my house.<br><br>They weren't the closest estate agent to me, but they were absolutely the right choice. They gave honest advice on pricing, and we agreed on a realistic figure designed to sell – which it did. Twice! Sadly, the first sale fell through, but they quickly found another buyer, and this time everything went through successfully.<br><br>Buying and selling a house is, at times, a long, stressful and frustrating process. What makes all the difference is having an estate agent who understands the journey, keeps you informed, and genuinely feels like they're on your side. From the initial valuation right through to completion, the whole team were supportive, reassuring and always happy to help. They really do hold your hand through the process.<br><br>This may not be the last time I buy or sell a property, and when that day comes, I would have no hesitation in using O'Riordan Bond again.<br><br>Thank you to everyone in the Rushden office for all your help – I really appreciate everything you did.

They were honest in their valuation, and helped to source a gardener, and to take out the bins etc. as we were living away throughout. More personable than a national chain, I would highly recommend Frosty Fields.

Every member of staff I dealt with — Ricky-Lee, Hayley, Jade, Paul, Zoe, Lottie and Lewis — were absolutely spot on.<br><br>As a seller, they made the whole process really easy. Any questions I had were answered promptly, I was kept regularly updated on progress, and they even made courtesy calls to make sure I was happy with how everything was going.<br><br>Great team and I’d have no hesitation recommending them.

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I would like to thank Simpson and weekly for there very professional support and making things easier as selling a house can be very difficult and stressful, so with the help of there staff and especially Zara Rhoder king , so I would definitely recommend Simpson and weekly when buying or in my case selling our house, there will be issues and also problems but from my recent experience you pay for what you get and im very happy with that, well done ?????? Team .
