From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. 15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)We withdrew from a purchase through Cheffins after what became an increasingly pressured and unprofessional experience.<br><br>Throughout the transaction we felt repeatedly pushed for mortgage and solicitor updates beyond what was reasonable, including requests to contact our mortgage advisor directly. At the same time, important due diligence issues we raised — including arranging further builder access and investigating legal concerns relating to access land — were either delayed or met with pressure to proceed within arbitrary deadlines.<br><br>The final straw was being given a 24-hour ultimatum alongside an exchange deadline before outstanding legal concerns had been properly resolved. Our solicitor had identified issues requiring further investigation, yet we were still being pushed aggressively toward exchange.<br><br>Buying a property is stressful enough without feeling pressured or spoken down to. We were proceedable, financially strong buyers acting in good faith, but ultimately decided to withdraw and pursue another property where the process would be handled more professionally and collaboratively.<br><br>Would not recommend this agent and would never use again.

She's been clear, patient, and genuinely focused on what works for my situation rather than pushing a product. She explained my options in plain language and answered every question quickly. The guidance has given me real confidence going into the rest of the process. Will update once everything completes, but so far the experience has been excellent.

As first time buyers we've found the process daunting and confusing but Ellie has always been happy to answer any questions and explains everything so clearly. Couldn't recommend her more!
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)STAY CLEAR, THEY WILL TRY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. 0 STARS I had a very disappointing experience with Vintage Shore when attempting to rent a property through them. After initially being accepted, I was informed that I had failed referencing because I had allegedly misrepresented my income on my application. As a self-employed individual, I had accurately stated my earnings and was surprised to be accused of providing false information. To challenge their decision and recover my holding deposit, I provided extensive evidence, including bank statements and transaction records, clearly demonstrating my income. Despite this, they continued to insist that I had failed referencing because I had “lied” on my application. What I find most concerning is that it was only after I mentioned pursuing legal action that their position suddenly changed. My deposit was refunded, and it became clear that I had not lied on my application at all. This suggests that the issue may have originated from their referencing process rather than anything I had done. The whole experience was stressful, time-consuming, and could have been handled much more professionally. Based on my experience, I would advise prospective tenants to keep thorough records and carefully challenge any decisions they believe are incorrect. Another aspect of my experience that I found disappointing was the level of customer service I received. During one phone call, I spoke with a member of staff who came across as extremely rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I challenged his attitude during the conversation because I felt it was completely unprofessional. I later raised my concerns with another member of staff, explaining how I had been treated. Rather than addressing the issue directly, I was told that it was a “cultural difference.” In my view, this is not a valid excuse. Regardless of cultural background, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. Being rude to a customer is not acceptable, and I found the response to my complaint just as disappointing as the original interaction.

21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

We had a few problems (not caused by them) and they did all the work for us to iron out the problems and ensure that the sale went through. I cannot recommend them highly enough and great value for money too :) We will definitely use them again.

On arrival she was friendly and professional, and explained exactly what she was going to do before getting started which put me at ease straight away. She clearly cares about doing a good job and made the whole process feel easy. It was lovely to speak with her too and share knowledge, we had a lovely conversation and was very kind!<br>We were also very happy with the welcome we received when we moved in. Honestly a world of difference compared to our previous estate agents in terms of professionalism, competence and kindness. We would definitely recommend Cheriee and Lovett Sales and Lettings!
