From the outset, they brought a clear, structured approach to sale process. Being present and engaged throughout the sale. Junaid gave us guidance, not just in selling, but also in helping us understand what to look for when buying our next home. This made a big difference in how confident we felt when making decisions. On Completion, Stefan was very helpful, he went above and beyond, he supported me alot. Throughout, they were professional, reliable, and reassuring to deal with. Very friendly people. Overall, a very positive experience and a team we would happily recommend.

30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)We had a great experience working with Tom Parsons during our house purchase at Fulham. Tom was acting for the seller and we had our own buying agent. He was a real pleasure to deal with throughout; he was transparent, cheerful and welcoming at viewings, keen to understand our needs and never overly pushy, which made us feel appreciated at what was an important decision for us. It look little time to land on the right property with Strutt and they have high quality stock. Highly recommended!!

I had a buyer and the deal didn’t go through because the agents wanted cash under the table. Also former member of staff from the Bromley branch made it clear he and alongside a few other with different background were getting pushed out the company
28th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)?? Avoid this letting agent at all costs! They advertised a property that turned out to be completely uninhabitable. On the surface, it looked like a refurbished flat — but there was no running water, which meant no toilet facilities either. This was documented on the check-in inventory, and the management company reassured us that a plumber would be sent. The plumber attended but couldn’t fix the issue. We later discovered there was a major fault with the water tank, meaning the water couldn’t be turned on at all. We were forced to cope without water and without toilet facilities for five days. We’ve now moved out because the situation became unbearable. What’s even more disappointing is the letting agent’s response. They claim they are “let only” and rely solely on information provided by the landlord. The landlord deemed the property habitable, and the agent simply accepted that — refusing to take any responsibility. Instead of mediating or trying to help resolve the situation, they provided contradictory information and washed their hands of the problem. You can judge a company by how they handle issues, and this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. ?????? Do not sign any tenancy agreements with this agent. ?????? Avoid them if you value basic living conditions and professional service

Dea, my agent, made the entire process of selling my house incredibly smooth and stress-free. We encountered a few obstacles along the way, but Dea went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. She's knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer any questions. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! We completed the sale in record time, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you want an stress-free sale, look no further than Reed Rains!

He was invariably patient and extremely helpful from viewing the property to signing the lease. He talked me through every step of the process, often letting me sit in the office so he was available if I needed any help. I highly recommend for his kindness, patience and understanding!

20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Absolute worthless of a staff. Ross , one of their property managers is not prompt with his replies or actions. We were kept in the cold for two weeks in the winter while our Boiler and heating was not sorted. I have recurrent tonsillitis and had raised this issue from before in September, but they did not pay any heed. Even one of the shower drains was broken. The agent from the letting agency asked us to pay 100 pounds extra each month, not disclosing that the flat has these problems. All their other reviews here are probably bought.
