I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

We were looking for almost 2 years and we’re shown round a lot of properties by wards and I found the staff honest and they really understood what we needed especially Anne who showed us round a few properties and was able to give us good advice and reassurance as first time buyers. Once we eventually found our forever home (which we we‘re shown round by another lovely young lady although I forget her name) the process was smooth and very well managed and Anne was constant contact through the process and even phoned a few weeks later to ensure we were happy and settling in well! Thank you wards and your lovely staff!!

It was a long process but our agent (Alex Lawrence) helped to keep the chain together and see it through the end.

28th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I booked a viewing on 24 February 2026 for an appointment confirmed on 28 February at 12:00 pm. I travelled nearly two hours to attend, arrived on time, and when I called the agent to check their arrival, I was casually told the appointment had been cancelled. No one informed me beforehand. No call. No email. Nothing. This shows a total lack of basic organisation and zero respect for clients’ time. Cancelling appointments without notifying people is unacceptable, especially when customers are travelling significant distances. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I would strongly question how they handle actual clients. Very disappointing experience.

It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he did everything he could to help. On top of that, he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much smoother. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).
