31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
23rd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I am rating our experience with 5 starts due to the professional, transparent and dedicated work Jessica Blyth-Mallett did! Nowadays it is really rare to came across with a transparent and professional person in the estate agent area...estate agents tend to look into the outcome and a lot of the times do not follow a fair selling process. Jessica was not only transparent but provided all the relevant information you would need when you visit a property. Normally we are left with a lot of unanswered questions without a follow up but she made sure to answer nearly all of them and follow up re a few later on. She made sure we felt ok during the view and that we felt in love with the property. :)

14th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Selling with Connells Southam was very easy. I sold my shared ownership property in September 2025. All the Staff were friendly and very helpful. They couldn't do enough for me. I also used their mortgage broker Sam who was exceptional! She helped me through so much on my sale and even helped me pushed things along when there were hold ups. Thanks to all the team for their service and hard work.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

This is the second house we've sold through Stonhills and would absolutely go straight back to them if needed. 5 Star service all throughout

Although it was a rather protracted process to secure the purchase (due to some land based classification issues) the team were great at keeping us informed and helping us to resolve any issues as they arose. 31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
