I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

He made what can be a very complex and stressful process feel much smoother and clearer. What really stood out was his dedication and reliability. It felt like having someone truly on your side throughout what can otherwise be a very complex process. While I have generally found your services helpful, I am increasingly disappointed with the lack of timely response and action regarding reported maintenance issues recently . Although damages are acknowledged when reported, there appears to be little to no follow-through in arranging necessary repairs. This ongoing lack of resolution is both frustrating and concerning.

The team was incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to selling our property and securing the best possible price. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

Buying through shared ownership on my own felt almost impossible at times, and as a single buyer it was that bit harder and more competitive. Incredibly, he picked my name out of a hat on a whim and that one decision completely changed my life. From there, he went above and beyond. He kept everything moving, communicated constantly, and supported me through every step. I truly believe that without James’ dedication and persistence, I’d still be renting now. When he handed me the keys, his genuine care really showed and that’s what makes him such an exceptional estate agent. Thank you for changing my life for the better. Forever grateful ????

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

18th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Valuation accuracy was slightly off, with a price reduction needed. However market conditions are tough with a lot of uncertainty and they were transparent with this. Initial communication on coming to the market was not great, with my main contact having to repeatedly be chased for updates. But when we got into a flow, communication improved. However first impressions count. Local market knowledge is excellent and with a smallish catchment area and good inter-office network I felt I was well represented.
21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Honestly the best estate agents I’ve come across. Had so many experiences with different estate agents and they were very unhelpful and disappointing. Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!
17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Valuation agent clearly knew his market as he priced the house higher than two others and was correct. Had figures to back up his pricing, which was reassuring. Follow up post sale/pre-completion was good, as were communications. Would certainly use again.

She gives you ideas on how to turn the property around, she is personable not to mention that once she dropped me off after a couple of viewings to the main street to get a bus…we still haven’t found the right property for me but I am hopeful and love working with her!
