Good communications at all times and gave sound advice and were ready to listen to my requests and thoughts and swift to discuss and act on instruction. They also gave good advice and contacts when it came to having the property cleared. On the whole, it was a very good experience.

The external contractor-led vetting process was a bit lengthy (perhaps understandably so), but overall I have found this to be a professional, reliable company.

Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

They met us many times for viewings, helpful in communicating with all parties to help clear any bottlenecks and were both available to discuss over the phone and email if we had any issues. Would highly recommend them as an estate agents and if we are looking to sell, we would be using HJC!

However, Leon was excellent and I cannot rate him highly enough. He was patient, kind and really took the time to show me the right properties. His follow up was also excellent; keeping me informed every step of the way and stepping in to ensure things went smoothly.
