Howard has a keen understanding of the London market and offered insight and advice about how to best market our home. In a tough sellers market, he found us motivated buyers quickly. He also helped us navigate the selling process in an efficient manner so we could minimize our time to closing the sale. On a personal note, Howard has a great sense of humor and offers a no pressure approach to buying and selling real estate. We can’t recommend him enough!

13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I would like to commend Mahul Patel, Ellisons, Wimbledon. I first contacted him in February 2026 and through various personal issues and crises was not able to proceed with a purchase initially. He always kept in contact ( which is very rare) and when I was able to come back on the scene again was always diligent in providing leads for my particualr specification. In the end, I found a house from another agent, but would have no hesitation in recommending Mahul as one of the best in his field.
30th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Its not worth even giving 1 star as the property they are letting or they are managing, they are unable to solve single issue even after 8 months. Every time they just gives answer that they are following with landlord. I would not recommend anyone to go with this agent. As they promise they will do everything and till that day of your moving they will put into delusion and after moving they dont care you will put into queue for months like I mentioned above.<br><br>Even the five star review I believe they might asked there friends to put as this guys are not worth for 2 star for responding.

Very clear communication and we especially appreciated their email communication meaning every step was logged. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor on the seller’s side and they were incredibly proactive in chasing and providing information to all parties. As a first-time buyer, I had hundreds of questions which they always answered quickly and in such a friendly manner. Every single person across the rest of the team has also been excellent whenever I have called. Thank you, all!!

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)After missing out on two of the flats in this block over the last 2-3 years, when I saw a flat come up in the block I immediately called the Bairstow Eves’ office in Woodford Green and told Simone Tennant their Senior Sales Negotiator, who picked up, about my ordeal.<br><br>With the branch soon closing and Simone alone that late afternoon on the Saturday, she thankfully pulled out all the stops and allowed me to drive over (a 45mins journey), see the flat and make an offer.<br><br>When I needed to arrange follow up visits with my architect and others, she was able to make it happen and stayed on top of the sales process thereby enabling me to simultaneously exchange and complete in a very, very short time!<br><br>I highly rate Simone and would go so far as to say, if it wasn’t for Simone, I wouldn’t be in the flat of my dreams.- 28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Thank you Aurelija and Andrew for your help finding us a house we were looking for!!!
12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Although we ended up taking a different property in the end in a different area of town, I was really impressed with the service from Strutt and Parker Notting Hill. Sam really went over and above for us, and was really patient while we were delayed with lots of viewings in one day. He was so professional and knowledgable, understanding and communicative, and didn’t pressure us in any way which you get with some agents. If we ever need to move again will definitely be looking up the agency again.

Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.

We’ve used them multiple times to find a house, and every single time they have been incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely lovely to deal with.<br><br>A special mention to Jeremy, who is absolutely fantastic. He is so helpful, responsive and always goes above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>We’ve had such a great experience with Cosway every time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agency. After 2 failed processes with different estate agents, Tom Ashwood and co really helped us and allowed our husband and I to get our keys within 3 months!
