He was consistently professional, extremely patient, and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to listen to everyone involved in the process. His positive and reassuring manner made a real difference during what could have been a stressful time.<br><br>Ali’s sales skills are excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I lost count of the number of viewings he attended and the many questions he answered — often even outside normal office hours.<br><br>I am truly grateful for his dedication and delighted that he succeeded in securing the sale. He is a real credit to Anthony Webb, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any landlord or seller looking for a trustworthy and committed agent.

We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!

Laura contacted me promptly after I put my enquiry in on the property, organised a viewing and coached us through all the admin to secure it. Then Jenancya called to introduce herself with friendly and professional manor and has responded to any questions, queries and problems we have with an understanding manor and continued to pursue our landlord to ensure a resolution.

The communication was excellent – I was kept informed at every stage, as this was an executor sale there was a few challenging issues to overcome. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the sale process. Their local knowledge and advice were invaluable, and they worked hard to achieve a great outcome and get this over the line. 4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We are an Australian family, that needed to relocate to London for work. As expats, the process of finding a property from overseas is extremely daunting, let alone all the different processes, nuances that might be obvious to a local, but not to a foreigner. As foreigners, we did not have UK credit history or rental history, so we actually failed the third party check, but James reassured us and stepped in when necessary to sort out these matters. Therefore we didn't have to pay 6-12 months rent in advance, which has been the case for others we know. He understood our predicament and assisted us with the process the whole way. He was always transparent and accommodating, providing lots of great tips and advice and responding in a timely manner. We had dealings with other agencies, who were not transparent and really put pressure on us to apply for properties to meet targets, rather than considering our needs. I am very grateful that James honoured/followed through on everything he said to us, and there were no surprises. Even after the signing of contract and we now deal with the landlord directly, he is always happy to respond to any questions I have and provide guidance/tips etc.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.
2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I’ve just brought a property with Neighbour! The team are fantastic particularly Jamie and Niven. I had an awful experience with another local estate agent and was cautious about buying in general. However, I saw this property with Neighbour - liked it from the first visit - and it was a simple process from there. Jamie was attentive, checked in and answered any questions I had through the whole process. They are different from the others, they genuinely care about the people involved and this definitely sets them head and shoulders above the rest. Thank You!!!
