16th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Put in an offer which was accepted then received an email stating that purchase fell through. Lied and stated that it had been discussed on the phone which it had not. Dealt with us like we were buying a pair of shoes not a house! Hope to never deal with Louise ever again. Written an email to the area manager because the handling of the whole thing has been an utter disgrace. Constantly sounded frustrated that our house wasn’t selling quick enough - look at the state of the economy - houses aren’t exactly selling in a week! Anyway, if I do ever have to buy a house through Acorn, will be specifying who I do NOT want to deal with. Nonsense behaviour

14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to Ronnie and Tanya at Paul Graham.<br><br>Ronnie was absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. He really listened to what we were looking for and consistently sent us properties that genuinely matched our criteria. He was personable, easy to talk to and, importantly, never made us feel pressured. We actually looked forward to arranging viewings with him because he didn’t use the typical estate-agent sales tactics or create unnecessary urgency around making offers. Having worked as an estate agent myself, I know the techniques that can sometimes be used to encourage buyers to act quickly, so I really appreciated Ronnie’s straightforward and relaxed approach.<br><br>Tanya was equally fantastic when she showed us the house we eventually bought through Paul Graham. She gave us plenty of time to look around properly, never rushed us and was completely honest about the level of interest in the property rather than trying to create artificial competition. It made the whole viewing feel comfortable and allowed us to make our decision in our own time.<br><br>Their approach was genuinely refreshing and something I think many estate agents could learn from. They were patient, honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. After having some less positive experiences with other agents during our property search, dealing with<br>Paul Graham was a completely different experience.<br><br>Thank you Ronnie, Tanya and the team — we couldn’t recommend you highly enough.

She has been dealing with a particularly problematic tenant and has kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout.<br><br>More recently, I received a court summons from the council relating to charges that should have been paid by the tenant. Aggie immediately took ownership of the matter, liaising directly with the council and providing all the necessary documentation to resolve the issue. Thanks to her prompt action and diligence, we did not have to attend court.<br><br>She also contacted the energy company on my behalf and ensured that my details were removed from the account, as the tenant was responsible for the utility bills. This saved me a significant amount of time and stress.<br>Aggie is professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>Her dedication and attention to detail have given me complete confidence that my property is being managed effectively. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional property manager.
13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I worked with several estate agents to let my fully furnished five-bedroom Victorian home, and Hamptons were by far the standout.<br><br>From start to finish, Haiden and Syed were diligent, proactive, professional and incredibly resilient. They consistently generated viewings when other agents struggled to bring prospective tenants through the door, and they never lost momentum.<br>Most importantly, they found the perfect tenant for our home, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind as we relocated overseas.<br><br>Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and excellent communication throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamptons—particularly to anyone looking to let a high-value property. You'll be in excellent hands.
10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have had no certified account for 2024/25 and no draft accounts for 2025/26. It’s now July 2026.<br><br>They have over spent our garden budget by 200% and taken the money from our reserves.<br><br>I wouldn’t chose to use this company.
25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

Fantastic service- 12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)For reasons beyond mine and the company’s control, this was long and frustrating sale.<br><br>The team, and in particular Godefroy, were absolute rocks. He and they went above and beyond to get this tortuous process over the finish line.<br><br>I can’t thank him and his several colleagues enough from different departments, who all in various ways were the ultimate professionals in, in my case, the very frustrating and complex business of selling my property.<br><br>I live a 4/hour drive away from my London property and was unable to be present when someone was required to be in attendance. 5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I have contracted them to sell my one-bedroom flat in North Acton. After previous agency failed to secure a sale I contracted Marsh and Parsons. They valued my flat more acurately, not inflating the price as previous agency done. They seemed to be more proactive and informative, but when I was present at some of the viewings I was surprised how disintersted the agent who accompanied the viewer was. As if they did not care. Also was supprised by some of the feedback from viewers sent by agency. My flat is on 2nd floor, yet one viewer wanted to buy to rent to family of four. ( reminder, it is 1 bedroom). Another apparently said in feedback that flat was too small for her, because if she starts a family she would want to put an extension.( Farsical as it is a second floor flat so the extension could be on stilts). I was surprised that agency did not give the potential viewers all the details. BUt was accepting time wasters. I am very disappointed with the services. Only good thing was the communication about viewings and feedback, however silly, which I did not have from previous agents.

Everything was handled professionally, and I was able to move into my new home quickly without any complications.<br><br>A special thank you to Souliman, who was amazing throughout the entire process. From our very first phone call, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. During the viewing, he had all the information that really mattered and answered every question honestly, which gave me complete confidence in my decision.<br><br>I had actually already been accepted for another property, but thanks to Souliman’s professionalism and the excellent service provided by the agency, I chose this one instead—and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team, for making what is usually a stressful experience so easy. Anzal and Rumel have been especially helpful. Anzal in particular took us around our first viewing, was very approachable and friendly, was knowledgeable about the sales process, and proactive at setting us up with a potential solicitor and mortgage broker. Rumel was great at keeping us informed during negotiations and was very knowledgeable about sales, mortgages, and buildings overall. I would definitely recommend bookings with this team!

He was always available to answer our questions, kept us updated throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.<br><br>His professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out, and thanks to his hard work we found the right property much sooner than we expected.<br><br>Timing was accurate, communication was perfect, good customer care and very legal abiding. Best recommendation.I would highly recommend Mateus to anyone looking to rent. If you get the chance, ask to speak to Mat! You will be glad you did!.
15th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Really bad experience — I don't recommend this agency at all. Their response rate is very low, and we were never able to resolve some issues we had from the very beginning. We asked the landlord to remove a mattress before we moved in, but this was completely ignored, and the mattress was still included in the inventory. They are very informal and don't help tenants much, making it difficult to communicate with them. We waited six months to get the shower fixed, as it wasn't mixing the water properly. Even at the end, when they were showing our flat to prospective tenants, they left all the doors open and the lights on. Terrible service overall — they made my whole stay a very bad experience. Please avoid signing any contract with Foxtons.
