From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

Though only our property manager for the last few months of our tenancy, Saima was the best one we had by far. Professional, punctual and empathetic to the problems we faced renting one of Hamptons properties, Saima made our experience interacting with Hamptons a lot better than previous property managers. So, the 5-star rating goes to Saima!

They did a fantastic job selling my flat in Ranelagh Mansions and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were professional, responsive and gave clear, sensible advice from the outset. Communication was excellent and I always felt completely up to date with viewings, feedback and the progress of the sale.<br><br>Most importantly, they worked hard to get the transaction over the line and made what can be a stressful process feel very straightforward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Chris and Lauren. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell in Fulham.

12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Since Gabriel Farmer has taken over as Head of Lettings, there has been a complete turnaround in customer service, work ethic, accountability and operations. With a much more proactive approach, Gabriel has kept me updated, delivered on what he has promised, and looked out for my interests as a client. The service is now much more in line with what I would expect for fully managed property services, with attention to detail and quality. He has also managed his team effectively, with everyone doing their piece and working in a more joined up fashion. He has strong market knowledge whilst still being willing to accommodate and collaborate. I am pleased Gabriel has taken over, the tone from Hamptons is now more professional, positive, polite and I feel trust is being built.

Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly throughout the process, and the level of customer service was excellent.<br><br>A special mention to Darren, who was always there to help and went above and beyond whenever things needed to be rearranged or moved around. He was very responsive and made the whole experience much easier.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and helpful estate agent.
