He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. From start to finish, Tom was absolutely exceptional. He and his team were incredibly proactive and worked extremely hard to secure excellent tenants for our property, keeping us updated every step of the way. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always available, responsive, and genuinely willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond what we would normally expect from a letting agent — nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. 27th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I've just bought my first flat through Mann Estates and right from the very first viewing they were unbelievably helpful and supportive. The entire team I had the pleasure of meeting were fantastic, but Eve Charrosin and Taylor Lelliot were right there the whole time and always doing everything in their power to help move the process along. They were absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and patient at all times; they were happy to explain everything and to give time to think about things - there was never any pressure to move forwards until I was ready! When one flat I'd been hoping to buy didn't work out, Eve immediately looked around for other similar properties, and one of her suggestions is the one I've ultimately purchased. Taylor managed to get me a great mortgage rate and they both kept me updated through the entire process so I always felt I knew what was happening from their end! It was really easy to get in touch at any time - someone always answered the phone within a few rings and everyone was always so friendly and helpful, and emails were always answered really quickly. I'm so grateful for all the hard work Mann Estates/Eve put in and every bit of extra work she did with chasing to get my sale through. Thank you!

10th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. 15th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a long drawn out buying experience with a property that wasn't straight forward. It took 6 months to complete. I liked Yesmine straight away. She showed us around and was off to the Tottenham cup winners parade which I thought was very character defining. Daniel in the office may disagree? Yesmine was open, communicative and present throughout the process. She is very patient, straight forward and experienced. It was also pleasant meeting Nyree who handed me the keys just before Xmas. I think this office has a good team in place.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.

22nd Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Renowned Homes... What a great team, I was looked after by Bradley and Sean through purchasing our property in the centre of London. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!
