6th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Elizabeth at BM - sadly I wasn't successful in buying a property through them - however, Elizabeth was a very lovely and professional estate agent. She was very helpful trying to get me the property. I am sure it would have been plain sailing had I been successful. It was nice to meet an estate agent that wasn't pushy for once - wishing her all the best.- 16th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I had a really positive experience with the team at Barnard Marcus in Ewell, especially Abi, who was very helpful throughout.<br><br>She took the time to understand what I was looking for and regularly sent over relevant properties, which made the process much easier. Abi was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had, making everything feel straightforward and well-supported.<br><br>Overall, a great service and I’d definitely recommend the team.

24th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Disgraceful staff member called Ash, extremely rude and evasive when speaking to. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.- 9th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)I was dealing with vanesa tonova and I placed an offer for an apartment and she told me she sent it to the owner but she did not and lied. I chased her to find out whats going on and sent numerous messages/emails only to be ignored. Not only this but she also had a very bad attitude with me for no reason. Very unprofessional. In the end I did it through another agency but very unprofessional.

From the initial viewing all the way through to collecting the keys Maxine was on hand to support us, always contactable and kept us updated throughout. During what was a stressful time for us, we really appreciated the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling. Adrian was always open and honest with us, giving us clear advice, never over-promising or raising our expectations.<br><br>His communication, professionalism, and straightforward approach made what could have been a stressful time feel much more manageable. We felt genuinely supported from start to finish and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)SLM has been my Lettings Agent for many years. I never had a problem with tenants. It is a family business. Clients have a personal relationship with SLM. It starts with availability, reactivity and transparency. Each time I contacted SLM for a problem, a question, or documentation request, I had someone to talk to, immediatly or during the day. When one has properties under management in London, problems occur regularly. Within the frame of the law, SLM has always shown flexibility, adaptability and creativity at solving problems. 5 stars for David- 11th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I have been using the services of the Harrow Winkworth Agency for almost 4 years as a tenant and I am very grateful for their assistance, Vikesh the Property Manager in particular. He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Their communication was outstanding from start to finish — always keeping us updated and making sure we were fully in the loop at every stage. They clearly understood the right type of buyer for our property and didn’t waste any time. In fact, within just one week of signing up with them, they successfully secured a buyer. Their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness truly set them apart. Unlike other agencies we’ve dealt with in the past, where getting a call back felt impossible, Natalie and Amber were always available to speak with us whenever we needed. He is very knowledgeable and provided us with loads of useful information, given it was our first rodeo.<br><br>Our agent, Jessie, showed us the properties we were interested in, taking note of our needs and interests. She was very proactive and handled our case expertly, updating us along the way and translating all the jargon used between solicitors for us, making our lives easier.<br><br>I can't recommend them enough. If anyone asks me for an estate agent/agency, you'll be my first recommendation.

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.
