11th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I just went there today and was greeted by a grumpy woman who said she was in customer services. I needed to go there physically after not hearing back on an email I sent days ago. They took my details again so let’s see what happens but so far the service is awful.

30th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I have found the staff ( Chelsea,Charlotte and Summer)at this office went beyond my expectations to find a buyer in such a short time which they did and for the money it was priced for, the communications between us was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for making the process go so smoothly.
15th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

Their communication was always clear and prompt, and they handled everything in a very efficient and reassuring way. Luckily for us, O & A introduced us to our now forever home which made communication seamless and quick so we couldn’t be happier with the process and how things panned out. They didnt shy away from any questions and were reassuring when things got stressful. Thanks guys!
23rd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We have just sold our house with Chas Lowe having failed to sell over the course of a year with another, much bigger firm. We were glad we made the change. Our house had an unusual layout which doesn’t appeal to everyone. James immediately suggested several changes that made perfect sense and were implemented immediately. We soon realised that any estate agent can gather viewers but it takes resilience and a certain talent to get those viewers to buy your house. After sales, especially with tricky buyers , is where Chas Lowe earned their cut ten fold. Anthony was absolutely excellent. These guys clearly know their business. They are straight talkers and get the job done. We absolutely recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services if we ever move home again.

19th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.

Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!
