What really mattered was finding an estate agent we could trust to have our best interests at heart, and that's exactly what we found with Mischa & Co. From the start, they kept us well informed, communicated every step of the way, and provided prompt feedback after every viewing, which made us feel reassured throughout the process. They also worked tirelessly to keep the entire chain moving, regularly updating us and following up with everyone involved. Selling our home came with its fair share of challenges, but thanks to the team's determination, professionalism, and support, we got there in the end. We truly can't recommend everyone at Mischa & Co highly enough.

What really stood out was the good knowledge of both the building and the area (not an experience I had with other estate agents!). I also felt throughout the process they helped in smoothing things over, right to the very end. Would definitely recommend!
4th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I called today to arrange a viewing for a property and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He asked who my current landlord was and which estate agency I had previously rented through. When I told him I had rented through Samuel Estates, he responded by saying he had never heard of them in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that point on, his attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was simply trying to enquire about a property viewing and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Customer service is an important part of any estate agency, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.- 29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had an excellent experience purchasing my dream home on Rugby Avenue with this agency. Mark Alexander was incredibly helpful throughout—professional, responsive, and always available to offer guidance. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They are there and quickly sort out problems that arise. They are friendly and approachable. I would always recommend them. What a team 1st class.
19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently worked with Zuplex to rent a property in Harlow, Essex. From day 1 the team were helpful. Dilber showed us around and answered any questions we had, and then oversaw the process of obtaining info for background checks etc. Berk was our contact for all the paperwork and every interaction with him was easy. Their efficiency throughout the whole process meant we were in the new home within a month of viewing it. I’d read a few bad reviews on here previously and honestly have no idea where they’ve come from, everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I’d definitely approach Zuplex if I was in the property market again, thanks guys for making a stressful time of our lives a little less stressful!

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

His communication was excellent, and he always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>He was consistently available with helpful advice that was practical, pragmatic, and based on a wealth of experience. Whenever we needed guidance, Simon always had a sensible perspective on the next steps and often shared valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions.<br><br>It’s clear that Simon knows the local area and property market exceptionally well, and that knowledge gave us great confidence throughout the sale. We genuinely felt we were in very safe hands from start to finish.<br><br>Both Simon and Laura were incredibly dedicated and responsive, whether during the week, in the evenings, or even at weekends.
